A Technique as Old as Time
The word encaustic comes from the Greek enkaustikos, meaning “to burn in,” which refers to the process of fusing layers of wax with heat. This ancient technique holds a timeless magic, as beeswax, resin, and fire come together to create something entirely unique.
Every encaustic painting is born from this alchemy, a soulful process that invites you to feel rather than simply see.
